Blueprint Property sells Home of Rockpool Bar & Grill and Spice Temple!

Manuel Pavia and Anthony Malek of Blueprint Property have successfully sold the iconic home of Rockpool Bar & Grill and Spice Temple at 66 Hunter Street Sydney for a record $40 million representing a net yield of about 5%.

Two of Australia’s most opulent fine dining restaurants owned and operated by award winning chef, Neil Perry AM and backed by Urban Purveyor Group. Exceptionally strong tenancy profile having operated from the premises for over 10 years.

Comprising in excess of 2,000sqm of highly sought, super prime retail/commercial space in the financial district of the Sydney CBD, situated in arguably the finest Art Deco building in Australia, the historic 1936 City Mutual Life Trust Building.

Part of the appeal of the property and its expected uplift in value is its location, situated across from the proposed new Martin Place Metro Station.  

Blueprint Property assisted previous owner,  Allegra European Holdings acquire the property in 2016 for $30 Million.    

Blueprint Property, having managed the property for the last three years will continue to manage the property on behalf of the new owner, Macau-backed private investment group, Daybreak Holding Australia.
