Marlyn Loulach

About me

Marlyn joined the team at Blueprint Property in March 2014 as Office Support Manager after the directors of Blueprint Property head hunted her from Paul Wells & Co Lawyers. As office support manager at Blueprint Property, Marlyn’s main duties are to assist the Property Management and Sales teams.

From 1996 to 2014 Marlyn was employed as a legal secretary and assisted in the running of matters relating to conveyancing, leasing, probate and estate administration, family law and general litigation for individual and corporate clients. Marlyn’s duties also included assisting in maintaining the office, trust and controlled money accounts and the general day to day running of the practice.

With a legal background Marlyn brings a new dimension to Blueprint Property and has proven to be a genuine asset to the team. Marlyn prides herself on a strong work ethic and is dedicated to providing our clients with a professional service. Marlyn attends all her duties with transparency and integrity ensuring that all tasks are completed with meticulous attention to detail.
