About me

Joe Elias joined the Blueprint Property team in September 2017 and has over 40 years of valuable and extensive administrative and management experience.

Joe has a Degree in Civil Engineering, and spent the first 20 years of his career working for BJN Paints, GEC and GKN in various Procurement and Supply Chain management roles.

In past 20 years, Joe has had various property and asset management responsibilities, including: an Asset Manager for NSW Ministry of Health, a Commercial Property Manager for Stockland Australia, a Real Estate Manager for CB Richard Ellis, and property and facility management roles with NCR Australia.

As the senior property manager Joe’s role is to manage the portfolio of, commercial/retail & industrial properties Blueprint has under management together with overseeing the management of our residential portfolio which includes directing and supervising several property officers and support staff.

Joe is committed to providing our clients a value added service of the highest professional standard that exceeds their expectations. Joe is a valued member of the Blueprint team, he always works diligently and demonstrates commitment, loyalty and an ability to work as an enthusiastic team leader.

We hope this finds you well!

I wanted to pass on our thoughts on Joe Elias. We have had our fairly long term tenant vacate our Harris Park property.

Joe undertook a final inspection of our apartment and recommended a number of issues that should be addressed to have a better chance of obtaining a good tenant and a rent increase.

We needed the hot water unit, carpet, clothes dryer, bathroom vanity and blinds all replaced. Along with the apartment repainted, brighter lighting installed and a couple of odd jobs undertaken.

Joe coordinated everything to perfection within an excellent time frame. The Strata company needed to be contacted, all quotes obtained and trades people organised (and costs negotiated) including access. He updated us and kept us in the loop on a very regular basis. The detail of these updates was well and truly beyond expectations. A timeline was provided outlining when all aspects would be completed including when the property would be available to be advertised and when inspections could take place. Everything in this timeline fell into place perfectly. We are now on the way to having an excellent tenant in place.

I have passed on our appreciation to Joe and he modestly puts it down to "it's my job". It may well be but the standard to which he does "his job" is just extraordinary. We have a small number of properties across 3 states and we have get good service for all of them but what we have experienced from Blueprint is just above and beyond. I assume Belinda is still with you as she has also been awesome with our Blacktown apartment. I also must mention Amina who also been most accommodating and made our life so mush easier.

You have a brilliant team working with you and we cannot be more appreciative of the exceptional service we are experiencing with Blueprint!
