About me
Jeff commenced working in the property industry in 1996 after completing a Bachelor of Commerce in Land Economics at the University of Western Sydney. Jeff continued his university studies and completed a Bachelor of Environmental Planning (With Credit) in 1998.
From 1996 to 1999 Jeff worked for J McArthur Pty Limited and was trained by award-winning property professional Charles Verheyden in property valuation, property consultancy, sales and marketing.
From 1999 to 2001 Jeff worked with Terry Bowden Real Estate Marketing in project marketing, sales and property development.
Since 1996 Jeff has continued to work for Javorie Pty Limited in property development, valuation, project marketing, sales, leasing, property management, supervision, finance, accounting, feasibilities and general operations.
Since its establishment in 2007 Jeff has worked for Blueprint Property, as a property consultant, bringing to the firm his vast knowledge, experience and skills.
Since 2002 Jeff has also worked for the National Rugby League (NRL) as an on-field match official. Jeff has officiated at the highest levels of the game, being appointed to over 350 NRL games, City v Country, State of Origins, Grand Finals and Test Matches.
Jeff’s philosophy is that a fit body ensures that the mind will continue to operate at its peek. With an attention for detail, Jeff is committed to maintaining and building upon his reputation as an honest and knowledgeable property professional.
Over the past 25 years Jeff has been an active member of and/or assisted the following organisations and association: St Bernadette’s Parish Pastoral Council, Christmas in The Hills Organising Committee, Australian Blouza Association, St Bernadette’s Parents & Friends Association, Hills Brumbies Rugby League Football Club, Christ The Redeemer Maronite Parish, St Bernadette’s Netball Club, Meals on Wheels and St Vincent de Paul Society.
