Lebba embarked on his career in real estate in 1996 immediately after completing a Bachelor of Commerce in Land Economics at the University of Western Sydney.
From February 1996 to September 1999 Lebba worked for Edmonds & Associates and was trained by property veteran Philip Edmonds in property and business valuations, property development, strata management and the marketing and sale of industrial, commercial and retail property.
From October 1999 to February 2001 Lebba worked for Khoury & Partners, as a commercial property manager and sale and lease negotiator, responsible for a portfolio of over 200 properties including 5 shopping centres with multiple commercial and retail tenants.
In 2001 Lebba established his own property services firm, Khater Property Group. In 2007 Lebba set up office at North Parramatta and changed the name of the firm to Blueprint Property.
Lebba’s background in property valuation has been the foundation for his vast expertise in successfully listing and marketing industrial, commercial and retail properties and more recently residential project marketing. His energy and enthusiasm for property give him a natural edge in the industry.
With a commitment to customer service and a strong work ethic, Lebba focuses on transparency and integrity in all his dealings. He has built a solid reputation by combining his extensive knowledge of property and marketing with his meticulous organisational skills and his understanding of people.
